  • Authentication Services: Secure OAuth integration with both platforms
  • Webhook Processing: Automated updates based on platform changes
  • Field Mapping: Intelligent selection and display of relevant data fields

2.2 Third-Party Dependencies

Our Service relies on third-party platforms:

  • Monday.com: Subject to Monday.com's terms of service and API limitations
  • Miro: Subject to Miro's terms of service and SDK requirements
  • Infrastructure Providers: Supabase, Netlify, and other service providers

Service Evolution

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service.

3. User Accounts & Access

3.1 Account Requirements

To use MiroSync for Monday, you must have:

  • Active Miro Account: With appropriate permissions to install apps
  • Monday.com Access: With permissions to access relevant boards and data
  • Administrative Rights: To authorize integration and manage connections

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your connected accounts remain secure

3.3 Access Permissions

By connecting your accounts, you grant MiroSync for Monday permission to:

  • Access specified Monday.com boards and items
  • Create and update Miro app cards
  • Receive webhook notifications from connected platforms
  • Store necessary mapping data for synchronization

Permission Control

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Monday.com or Miro account settings. Revoking permissions will disable the integration service.

4. Permitted Use

4.1 Authorized Usage

You may use MiroSync for Monday for:

  • Business Integration: Connecting your Monday.com and Miro workspaces
  • Data Synchronization: Keeping project information consistent across platforms
  • Team Collaboration: Enhancing workflow between project management and design tools
  • Organizational Use: Within your company or team's authorized accounts

4.2 Commercial Use

Commercial use is permitted within the following guidelines:

  • Use within your organization's normal business operations
  • Integration of data you own or have permission to access
  • Compliance with both Monday.com and Miro terms of service
  • Respect for applicable data protection and privacy laws

4.3 Fair Use Policy

To ensure service quality for all users, we may implement reasonable limits on:

  • Number of API calls per hour or day
  • Data transfer volumes
  • Number of synchronized items
  • Webhook processing frequency

5. Prohibited Activities

Strictly Forbidden

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

You retain full ownership of all data and content processed through MiroSync for Monday. We do not claim ownership of your Monday.com items, Miro boards, or any derived data.

6.2 Data Accuracy & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Data Accuracy: Information synchronized through MiroSync for Monday is accurate and up-to-date
  • Legal Compliance: Your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws
  • Authorization: You have proper rights to process and synchronize all connected data
  • Team Permissions: Team members using the integration have appropriate access rights

6.3 Data Processing Authorization

By using MiroSync for Monday, you authorize us to:

  • Process your data as necessary to provide the Service
  • Store mapping information required for synchronization
  • Access your data through official platform APIs
  • Transmit data between Monday.com and Miro as configured

6.4 Content Standards

While we do not monitor content, you agree that all synchronized data will:

  • Comply with Monday.com and Miro content policies
  • Not violate third-party intellectual property rights
  • Not contain harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Respect applicable privacy and data protection requirements

Data Portability

You can export or disconnect your data at any time. Upon termination of service, we will delete your data according to our retention policy outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Service Level Expectations

We strive to provide reliable service with:

  • High Availability: Commercially reasonable uptime for core synchronization features
  • Performance: Real-time processing of webhook events within normal parameters

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

7.3 Dependency Limitations

Our Service depends on third-party platforms and services. We cannot guarantee availability when:

  • Monday.com or Miro platforms experience outages
  • API rate limits are exceeded
  • Platform policies or terms of service change
  • Required permissions are revoked

Status Updates

We will communicate significant service issues through our support channels and, when possible, provide status updates and estimated resolution times.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

MiroSync for Monday and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Our rights include:

  • Trademarks: MiroSync for Monday name, logos, and branding materials
  • Documentation: User guides, API documentation, and support materials
  • Design Elements: User interface designs, graphics, and visual elements

8.2 Limited License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use the Service for its intended purpose
  • Use our documentation to configure and operate the integration
  • Display MiroSync for Monday branding in connection with authorized use

This license is automatically terminated if you violate these Terms or discontinue use of the Service.

8.3 Your Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your intellectual property, including:

  • Data and content in your Monday.com and Miro accounts
  • Business processes and workflow configurations
  • Custom fields, templates, and organizational structures
  • Any derivative works created using synchronized data

8.4 Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests:

  • We may use this feedback to improve the Service
  • No compensation is owed for suggestions or feedback
  • You grant us a non-exclusive right to implement suggested improvements
  • Your feedback does not create any confidential relationship

9. Disclaimers

  • Compliance with third-party terms of service
  • Platform-specific features, bugs, or limitations

9.3 Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accurate data synchronization:

  • We do not guarantee perfect data consistency at all times
  • Synchronization delays may occur due to platform limitations
  • Data transformation may result in formatting changes
  • You should verify critical information independently

9.4 Business Continuity Disclaimer

10. Limitation of Liability

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:
